I'm a chemical engineer and a self-taught home baker based in UAE, Abu Dhabi. When you have a real passion for something you would do your best to make it meaningful. Thus, Chérista is where I chose to spread love and to express myself through baking.

The Beginning of the Story

The challenge of making homemade french macarons was the starting point of the whole story as it was a dream come true. To sum up the story in one sentence, a lot of fail trials has never forced me to surrender and the final result after many many trials were more than stunning! It feels out of this world, when you see your efforts are growing in front of your eyes to end up with more than what you expected.
